Fuzzy ve Grey Copras Yöntemleri İle Çok Kriterli Karar Verme Uygulaması

Özet

Günümüzde rekabet üstünlüğü elde etmek için işletmeler arası ilişkilerin önemi anlaşılmış dolayısıyla işletmeler tedarik zinciri üzerinde yer alan tedarikçi ve müşterileri ile olan ilişkilerini yeniden yapılandırmaya başlamışlardır. Bu doğrultuda işletmelerin tedarik süreçlerinde çalışacakları tedarikçileri doğru bir şekilde belirlemeleri hayati önem arz etmektedir. Bu tez çalışmasında tedarikçi seçim süreci bir çok kriterli karar verme problemi olarak ele alınmış, Türkiye’de faaliyet gösteren Spheros Termo Sistemleri A.Ş.’nin tedarikçi seçim süreci incelenmiştir. Tedarikçi seçimi karar sürecinde etkili olan kriterler belirlendikten sonra Bulanık AHP yöntemi ile önem dereceleri belirlenmiştir. Analiz sonucunda işletmenin tedarikçi seçim sürecinde en çok önem verdiği kriter, tedarikçi firmanın sahip olduğu üretim yetenekleri kriteri olmuştur. En az öneme sahip kriter ise dağıtım kriteri olmuştur. Daha sonra Fuzzy ve Gri COPRAS yöntemleri kullanılarak iki ayrı model ile tedarikçi alternatifleri sıralanmıştır. Analiz sonuçlarına göre her iki yöntem ile elde edilen bulguların tutarlı olduğu saptanmıştır. Sonuç olarak tedarikçi seçimi karar probleminde Bulanık AHP + COPRAS-F ve Bulanık AHP + COPRAS-G yöntemlerinin kolay ve hızlı sonuç ürettiği ve başarılı ile uygulanabileceği görülmüştür.

An Application of Multi Criteria Decision Making With Fuzzy and Grey COPRAS Methods

Abstract

Today, to obtain competitive advantage the importance of relations between enterprises is clear. Therefore businesses have begun to restructure their relationships with suppliers and customers which located on the supply chain. In this direction, that is vital for businesses to accurately determine their suppliers. In this thesis work, the supplier selection process is considered as a multi-criteria decision-making problem. Supplier selection process of Spheros Thermo Systems Inc. which operating in the automotive sector in Turkey, was investigated. After supplier selection criteria specified that is effective in decision process, importance degree of criteria determined by Fuzzy AHP. As a result of evaluation, the supplier’s production capability determined as the most important criterion in supplier selection process. The least important criterion determined as the distribution criterion. Then supplier alternatives listed by two models which generated by using Fuzzy and Grey COPRAS methods. According to the results, both methods it was found to be consistent with the findings. As a result, the Fuzzy AHP + COPRAS-F and Fuzzy AHP + COPRAS-G methods can be successfully applied to supplier selection decision-making problems and it has been seen that produces results fast and easy.
